Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of IceTimeNow.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by IceTimeNow.com (“IceTimeNow,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IceTimeNow aggregates publicly available ice-time schedules — public/free skate, stick & puck, adult drop-in, youth hockey, parent & child, and learn-to-skate — from rink websites and booking systems and presents them in one place. Optional features include accounts, saved default cities, favorite rinks, calendar feeds, and opt-in email reminders.

You may browse without an account. Creating an account (via Google or an emailed one-time code) lets you save cities, favorite rinks, and receive reminders you opt into. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time.

IceTimeNow is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any rink, arena, team, or league referenced on the Service. Rink, team, and league names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify whose schedule is shown.

Schedules are gathered automatically from public sources and refreshed periodically. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and sessions may change or be cancelled without notice. Always confirm a session directly with the rink before traveling. The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-copy the Service or its data; (b) resell or redistribute the data; (c) disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

The Service’s design, software, branding, and the selection and arrangement of data are owned by IceTimeNow or its licensors. Underlying schedule facts belong to the respective rinks. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Service links to rink websites and relies on third-party providers for authentication, email delivery, and hosting. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IceTimeNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for wasted trips, missed or cancelled sessions, or reliance on inaccurate data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IceTimeNow from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
